Our response time is usually same day for our customers with an onsite support agreement.

Remote Technical Support

With our Remote Helpdesk solution we can offer a timely, non-intrusive means of support. Our technology enables one of our technicians to remote into a server or workstation, to take control of the mouse and keyboard, and to correct the problem in real time, as if the technician were seated at the computer. One benefit is that users can be shown how to correct a problem or use a function within an application, rather then having it described to them over the phone or through email.
