DocXpress is a web application that allows you to quickly setup a secure area to upload, store and download electronic documents. For example the purchasing department could setup a separate area in which they could have a series of folders where they could place drawings and specification files. They could then invite vendors to login and download or view the files in some or all of the folders. You can control access to all folders and assign read and/or write privileges to each user. Combined with a cadviewing tool you can have a complete document control system that can make available CAD and other selected documents to your employees, customers and vendors on a controlled and safe system.
Security: Encrypted login and up/downloads are available. All query strings with Identification information are encrypted. All documents are securely stored outside of the web server document root.
